With over 20 years of experience as a qualified primary school teacher, Jo understands the world of education inside and out.

As a qualified therapeutic foster parent, she's fostered numerous teenagers over the years, gaining hands-on experience in diverse parenting situations. As a devoted mother herself, Jo knows the joys and challenges of parenting firsthand.

Her Passion:

Jo's mission is to support parents in navigating the world of ADHD, both in themselves and their children. She firmly believes that parents deserve empathetic, non-medicalised support, no matter the diagnosis.

Jo's Journey:

Having personally faced the unique challenges of parenting a child with ADHD and being a parent with ADHD, Jo gets it. She understands the daily struggles, the misconceptions from friends and family, and the weight of others' expectations.
